The NZI Sevens hits Wellington on the first Friday and Saturday in February 2011 as part of the IRB Sevens World Series. 11 years on the event continues to be THE party of the year in Wellington if not New Zealand.
One of the world's premier rugby events in Wellington's own stadium. Two days of top rugby amongst a party atmosphere with 35,000 spectators!
Headfirst Travel (aka Bottom Bus) is back on deck organising groups big and small to the event for the eighth year with ticket, accommodation and other hosting inclusions for your ease. We specialise in taking the hassle our of looking after your group with great central accommodation, registration function, souvenir shirt, refreshment / meal inclusions and more.
So whether you are 60 Arabs from Christchurch, a dozen fairies from Hawkes Bay or an Northlander or two looking to join up on the fun then we have the option for you.
Note tickets are Red Zone this year and we are looking to get back in the sun down the front near where we were a couple of years back - around Aisle 33 (exact positioning to be confirmed)
Accommodation
We have rooms available from 20 bed dorms where you can stack a Million-mega watts of Flash Gordons to Single rooms and more celubrious Apartment options for those who prefer more comforts.
Rooms may be either ensuite or shared bathroom and you should request your preference at time of booking. Linen is provided (you do not need sleeping bags) and towels are generally provided for ensuite rooms otherwise bring them or you can hire from reception.

Wellington 2011 bookings and conditions
$300 per person to confirm your booking and hold the room type and balance due by 20 September. payment by direct credit in to our bank account, credit card transactions will attract a 2% fee.
Those clients that have been with us before get a $30 early bird discount if paid in full before 31 August 2010.
Deposits may be refunded up until 31 August 2010 if you wish to cancel your booking or cannot proceed for whatever reason. After this date there is a no cancellation policy although packages may be transferred for a one-off cost of $60.
Bookings after 31 August 2010 must be paid for in full to confirm the package.
Transport Options
There is likely to be a bus service from Dunedin / Oamaru / Timaru / Christchurch on Thursday 3rd so register your interest with us. This will connect to an inter-island ferry and will return on Sunday 6th.
Similarly a bus is looking to run Auckland / Hamilton / Taupo to Wellington with a hook in to Rotorua. Further details will be advised on departure times and cost in due course. Please register your interest for this service.
Otherwise make your own way to Wellington.
