Today we visited Larnach's Castle with the 3pm tour hosted by Dick. While this would have been an impressive and worthwhile tour under any circumstances, I just wanted to let you know how much we liked having Dick show us around and how much we enjoyed his company. He is truly a great ambassador of not only your company but also of Dunedin. Thank you for a fun afternoon.

"Hello I just wanted to say a big thank you - my mother, my sister and myself took the tour to Larnach Castle on Saturday - We really enjoyed it and just found the Tour guide extremely knowledgeable which made it so worthwhile - also there was a group of special needs people on board and he was so patient and helpful - especially good job. I have wanted to see Larnach Castle for along time and we came from Auckland just to do this and were not disappointed.

I booked both the Castle and sight tour for my wife and I for the 21st of March. (We are arriving on the Celebrity Millennium). You have been very helpful and we are looking forward to visiting Dunedin and New Zealand during our upcoming cruise. Our friends that have been to your Country say the countryside is beautiful and the people are very warm and friendly

"What a time we had yesterday. What a 'host' Ken was! It was one of our better tours....ever! We were given the time to explore your wonderful community, and Ken was the type of tour guide you could only hope & pray for.....please let him know how much we appreciated his time and attention he paid to The Brill Party. Unfortunately we do not know Alan's surname but we accidentally and fortuitously bumped into his guided tour of Larnach Castle and again in town near the train station. He is someone who obviously loves his work and is knowledgeable and entertaining in his education role. We are merely writing so that if your company has Guide/Driver of the month awards then for April we nominate Alan and wish to send our heartfelt thanks for his service to our country."

"My staff have asked me to pass on their thanks for an excellent job today. In the course of our studies we work with a lot of different people and very few of them have the ability to get the message across to our pupils the way you did today. Very Professional, very much topic orientated and a great company to deal with. The children gained a lot of knowledge today. ( As did the staff ) "
